About the role

As a part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and leadership to execute Tasket’s marketing initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and distribution. 

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role covering paid, organic, lifecycle, content, and growth marketing. You will create and optimise campaigns, content, and marketing workflows across channels with a strong focus on experimentation, analytics, and performance. 

We are looking for marketers who are excited about using AI to improve marketing execution. You should actively use AI tools and workflows to accelerate content creation, research, analysis, experimentation, reporting, and operational efficiency across the marketing function.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Channel Management:

Execute marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email, and emerging platforms. Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, tracking, and optimisation to ensure efficient performance and alignment with growth goals. 

AI-Driven Marketing Execution:

Use AI tools and workflows to improve marketing execution across content creation, campaign operations, research, analysis, reporting, experimentation, and creative iteration. Continuously explore and operationalise new AI-driven approaches that improve speed, efficiency, and output quality. 

Content Creation & Distribution:

Create and execute marketing content across formats including social posts, ads, landing pages, lifecycle emails, blogs, lightweight videos, and campaign assets. Ensure content is distributed effectively across channels and continuously refined based on engagement and performance data. 

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

Monitor campaign, funnel, and user behaviour data across channels. Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, messaging, formats, landing pages, and lifecycle flows to improve CAC, CTR, activation, conversion, and retention metrics. 

Lifecycle & CRM Execution:

Execute onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives across email, notifications, and lifecycle workflows to improve product adoption and user engagement. 

Cross-functional Marketing Execution:

Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, Customer Success, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executed cleanly, tracked properly, and aligned with broader GTM priorities. 

 

Skills

  • Strong understanding of paid, organic, lifecycle, and content marketing channels. 

  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows for content creation, research, automation, analysis, and workflow acceleration. 

  • Ability to execute and manage multiple campaigns and marketing workstreams simultaneously with high attention to detail. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel performance data to drive optimisation decisions. 

  • Ability to create clear, high-quality marketing content across multiple formats and channels. 

  • Understanding of attribution, conversion funnels, experimentation, and growth levers in SaaS environments. 

  • Resourceful, organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Content Marketing, or Performance Marketing roles. 

  • Experience executing campaigns across paid and/or organic channels. 

  • Experience creating marketing content and campaign assets across digital channels. 

  • Demonstrated interest or experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, execution, or analysis. 

  • Familiarity with marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools. 

  • Experience working in startup or growth-stage environments is preferred. 

  • Experience working with SaaS products is a plus.
