About the role

As a part of Product Management team, you will work with a team of other Product Managers, Designers and Analysts driving the execution of various zero to 1 Products.

We are proponents of leveraging best in breed AI tools in every step of the Product Development lifecycle - Strategy, UX, Development and Testing. This requires a very different product development mindset comprising a lean team, of senior resources, that are hands-on and AI adept, resulting in ultra-rapid iteration cycles and fast output. You will experience this unique approach to the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to success.

  • Bangalore, India (100% on-site)

Responsibilities

1. Product Management

  • Meticulously drive each feature from ideation, implementation, go live and adoption

2. User interview & research

  • Lead continuous user discovery through interviews, contextual inquiry and surveys to understand workflows, pain points, and decision criteria.

  • Synthesize qualitative + quantitative insights into clear problem statements, personas/JTBD, journey maps, and prioritized opportunity areas.

3. Growth Hacking

  • Measure Output metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement) and Input metrics (Conversion Funnels, Engagement) that matter

  • Leverage Product Analytics Platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude etc), Data Analytics Platforms (Metabase, Superset)

  • Creative Feature Ideation to come up with Features that have maximum impact on the metrics that matter

  • Leverage frameworks for Feature Prioritization

4. UX

  • Drive the creation of delightful, intuitive and engaging user interfaces in collaboration with UX designers to drive user adoption and NPS

5. Forward deployment & adoption (hands-on)

  • Act as a forward-deployed PM to ensure successful customer implementation and adoption, embedded with teams to unblock integration, workflow changes, and rollout.

  • Develop adoption playbooks: onboarding flows, enablement content, rollout checklists, admin guides, and best-practice templates.

Skills

  • In depth understanding and knowledge of Statistics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Product Analytics platforms

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights

  • In depth understanding and knowledge of technology platforms and their capabilities for Web and Mobile development

  • Keen eye for design and aesthetics

  • Excellent UX and copywriting skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in conducting user research

  • Meticulous in program management processes

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years in Product Management, preferably in B2C or B2B SaaS

  • Software engineering/technical background
