About the role

As a Director, Product Management, you will report into Bhavin, and lead a team of Product Managers, Designers and Analysts and work alongside rockstar engineers driving the zero to 1 motion involving vision, strategy, and execution.

We are proponents of leveraging best in breed AI tools in every step of the Product Development lifecycle - Strategy, UX, Development and Testing. This requires a very different product development mindset comprising a lean team, of senior resources, that are hands-on and AI adept, resulting in ultra-rapid iteration cycles and fast output. You will own and oversee this unique approach to the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to success.

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Define the Product roadmap for zero to 1 product motions

User interview & research

  • Lead continuous user discovery through interviews, contextual inquiry and surveys to understand workflows, pain points, and decision criteria.

  • Synthesize qualitative + quantitative insights into clear problem statements, personas/JTBD, journey maps, and prioritized opportunity areas.

Product Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers and program managers

  • Meticulously drive each feature to completion

  • Optimize team efficiency and output

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Growth Hacking

  • Measure Output metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement) and Input metrics (Conversion Funnels, Engagement) that matter

  • Leverage Product Analytics Platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude etc), Data Analytics Platforms (Metabase, Superset)

  • Creative Feature Ideation to come up with Features that have maximum impact on the metrics that matter

  • Leverage frameworks for Feature Prioritization

UX

  • Drive the creation of delightful, intuitive and engaging user interfaces in collaboration with UX designers to drive user adoption and NPS

Go to Market

  • Represent the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Forward deployment & adoption (hands-on)

  • Drive a team of forward-deployed PMs to ensure successful adoption, embedded with teams to unblock integration, workflow changes, and rollout.

  • Develop adoption playbooks: onboarding flows, enablement content, rollout checklists, admin guides, and best-practice templates.

Skills

  1. Excellent strategic insight on conceptualizing and prioritizing ideas

  2. In depth understanding and knowledge of Statistics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Product Analytics platforms

  3. Expertise in conceptualizing and delivering AI native products and features and indepth understanding of MCP, ACP and Agentic AI Concepts

  4. Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights

  5. In depth understanding and knowledge of technology platforms for web and mobile development

  6. Keen eye for design and aesthetics

  7. Excellent UX and copywriting skills

  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  9. Experience in conducting user research

  10. Meticulous in program management processes

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Product Management, in Consumer Fintech or B2B SaaS
